Most of us think about it. Few of us go ahead and do it. All of us should start now. We're making warm up sets cool again. With easy, do-anywhere exercises, maybe your friends will join in too? At least the lack of exercises is no longer an excuse with Discaddie.

Simple, easy to do exercises that you can do anywhere. Spend 10 minutes while waiting for your card or on the tee pad. No excuse for skipping your warm up, just an easy alternative to overwhelming plans. We're still building it, so we won't pretend it's done. But this is where it's heading.
